Concerted efforts over several decades by the Hills Rural Business Chamber has resulted in the current roadworks being undertaken
to kerb, drain and gutter the south side of Galston Road, in front of the village shops. In particular, John Cordina, past president and Neil
Maitland, HRBC member and architect, broke a long-standing deadlock to have stage 3 actioned.

Finalisation of structural changes at the Chamber

The Executive members have worked diligently over the Christmas and New Year period to ensure the changes approved at the Annual General Meeting were implemented.

The Offices have closed and the Executive Offier has been paid out a redundancy payment.

The first edition of the joint magazine has been published and has been accepted as a move forward by the business community of the Hills Rural areas.

The Chamber looks forward to a new dynamic future serving our local community
