All membership information other than your name and contact details are kept private and confidential. Your contact name, mailing address, phone, fax or e-mail may be used by the chamber to promote new services, offer business opportunities and disseminate information.

In its role of representing local businesses and generating new business opportunities, the Hills Rural Business Chamber may pass on contact details of members to organisations such as potential business partners, industry associations and government departments. If you do not wish to be included in such listings, please contact us.

The Hills Rural Business Chamber may invite you to provide information about your business for the purpose of research or compiling business reports. By their nature such documents are not confidential, but any specific information about your business will not be disclosed without your prior permission.

If you have any privacy concerns about how we handle the information received by the chamber from your company please contact us in writing. If the complaint is valid, we will act expediently to resolve the matter.
